Let The Buddha Do It

Let the Buddha Do It Thich Nhat Hanh taught that, whenever you are overwhelmed, or have to do something you don’t want to do, we should let the Buddha do it. He adds that this is always effective. Thich Nhat Hanh does not expand on this. He just let’s that simple statement stand for itself. And in that vein, I would like to second his recommendation. For those of us who are metaphysically inclined, such a statement presents no great difficulty.
